Specially designed to help you get smoke-free, this package includes:

• Initial 30-minute consultative phone session
• Four 75 minute sessions over two weeks
• One follow-up session
• Phone and email support

Your commitment:

• A willingness to stop smoking or to have total health and freedom from smoking
• Complete pre-coaching tasks (outlined in phone session)
• Attend all booked sessions
• Complete homework and tasks including reading and activities

Package cost: $695 incl. GST

Packages are paid in advance in either one or two instalments.
