Coaching sessions are focused on you, and what you want to change, learn or achieve in your life. Using a solution-focused approach, we will establish what you want in the present and the future. I'll guide you through setting outcomes that help ensure your success.
You will learn about how we develop our attitudes, behaviours and emotions. Then we'll explore how you're getting your current results and how you can choose alternatives. You'll learn how to make changes, process your emotions and experience more relaxation and happiness, allowing you to move forward with ease. It's likely you'll even discover resources inside you that you didn't realise you had.
Precisely what we cover in each session can take various shapes - your sessions are tailored to you, to ensure you get the results you want.
Value for money is important to most of us, so you might be pleased to know that this is cost-effective coaching. The combination of techniques used, particularly NLP, mean that change is achieved more quickly, and with lasting results.
Packages are the best way to get great results - five or eight sessions, or the personal transformation package. Sometimes coaching can last for 2 or 3 sessions for one specific issue, up to a ten or twelve hour package. This depends on the circumstances and goals of each client.
