Musical Bravery
I've had the pleasure of working with Nadya in 2010-11 and in this time she has blossomed into an even more talented young woman than she was when I first met her. The first day she came to see me she would not have believed she would be playing her guitar for me now - and letting me post it on my website for all to listen! So, enjoy ... and thank you Nadya.

Being adopted from an orphanage in Russia, I have had lots of anxieties and fears to overcome and decided now was the time to do something about them. Having worked together with Karen, and learned about NLP, life has become easier and so much more enjoyable. I have now overcome most of those anxieties and can relax more and feel calmer. In fact, I just enjoy life more in general.
Overcoming the biggest challenge, being terrified of the dark, has been amazing to conquer! The progress I have made working with NLP has been in ways I didn’t imagine would be possible, and in a way I sort of doubted it would work at the start!!
I would like to say thanks Karen for your help and guidance throughout the change process. Learning about NLP has been enjoyable and fun and I will always be able to use these techniques throughout my life. It has been an amazing journey and a real privilege working with you! Thanks heaps.
